Hello! My name is Irina, I am a Pilates instructor

Hello!
My name is Irina, I am a Pilates instructor with 11 years of experience and the owner of the Upgrade Pilates studio in Laguna Hills.

I invite everyone to a special Pilates mat class in the park.

Any level could join. We will spend 50 minutes in harmony, smoothness of movements, and take care of our body.

The class is donation based and all money goes directly to charitable Foundation in support of the children of Ukraine.

Charity organization
"Heartbeat with Anastasiya Polo" has been helping children and seniors in Ukraine for the past 6 years.
Today, because of the war, the work of the organization is aimed at helping the children of Ukraine, lonely seniors, and refugee families.

Pilates mat class will be held at The Park at Irvine spectrum center

Date: Thursday 31 March at 9.30 am

Cost : donation-based
All funds are transferred directly to the charity Heartbeat with Anastasia Polo. Photos for payment is attached to the post.

You must register for the mat class.
Please, DM me with your name and phone number.

You need to take a mat with you and come in comfortable sports clothing.

2,5 years ago me and my lovely husband, Denis, @denis._zh , opened UPGRADE PILATES studio.
We came up with name UPGRADE PILATES together, and I still very happy with this name.
There were 2,5 hardest years of my life, but I’m happy that we’re all alive and that’s what matters in all senses.
I want to thank all studio’s clients for your loyalty and support! I’m happy to see you, your love to PILATES, and your amazing results and achievements!
And I want to thank my family and friends, because you’re here for me, supporting me 💜
Pilates helps me all the time even in the darkest times of my life, it’s always there for me, and I couldn’t describe how much I love and appreciate PILATES.
So my mission is sharing that passion and knowledge to help people to go through life with better health, mind and body included.

I truly believe (and I have proofs of that) that PILATES will help us in every aspect of our lives. Cheers to PILATES ❤️

Some of you have already met Staci in the studio, and we will officially present her for the rest.

Would you please welcome our new Pilates instructor to our team - Staci Kessel! @askessel4

🧚‍♀️Staci is a certified Basi Pilates trainer.
🧚‍♀️She is also certified as a NASM Fitness trainer.
🧚She has excellent experience in personal training with customized workout plans based on individual clients' goals.

👋If you are a new client, you can sign up for your first one-on-one introductory session with Staci. She will introduce you to Pilates equipment, the basics of Pilates and its principles, and proper body alignment.

✅There are additional group classes added to the studio schedule for all our existing clients. (Link in bio)
